OPW FCE 10BF-570L Emergency shut-off valves manufactured by OPW (USA) are installed on fuel lines under the fuel tank at zero level to minimize the risk of fuel ignition as a result of a vehicle hitting the fuel tank. If the fuel tank has been deflated or displaced due to a collision, the upper part of the valve breaks off along a specially machined groove, activating the built-in poppet valve and blocking the fuel flow. It is necessary to use one emergency valve for each fuel type of the fuel tank.
