Exchange & Return Policy

Products must be new and unused to be exchanged or returned. It must be returned with its original cover or box, provided that the original cover is in good condition and not opened or torn. We may refrain from accepting returns or exchanges of any product that has been opened, used or damaged .

Exchange Policy:

You can contact the customer service center within 24 hours of receiving the product and inform them of the issue with the product, and you can exchange it within 14 days.

Exchange conditions:

- In the event that the customer receives a product that does not match the specifications listed on the website.

- In the event that there is a break, defect, or malfunction in the product upon receipt.

- The item received by the customer is not the same as the one they ordered.

- If you do not wish to keep the product despite it having the same specifications you ordered and there being no defect or malfunction, you may exchange it by paying the difference in delivery fees even if the order exceeds 150 shekels.
