Exchange & Return Policy
Products must be new and unused to be able to be exchanged or returned. It must be returned with its
original packaging or box, provided that the original cover is in good condition and not opened or torn.
We may refrain from accepting returns or exchanges of any product that has been opened, used or
damaged

You can contact the customer service center within 24 hours of receiving the product and inform them of the defect in the product and you can exchange it within 14 days.
